Even though bikini season is behind us, you still need to work your core! Luckily, these exercises can be done anywhere in the world with zero equipment. Throw your excuses out the window and get ready to sweat!
- 20 Seconds Jumping Jacks
- 20 Seconds Arm Stretch
- 20 Seconds Scorpion Stretch
- 20 Seconds Run in Place
- 10 Seconds (per leg) Touch Right/Left Toe
- 10 Seconds (per leg) Quad Stretch
- 20 Seconds Butterfly Stretch
- 20 Seconds Triceps Stretch (per arm)
Now that you’re all loosened up, let’s work out!
Do all these exercises with minimal rest between them. Try to give as much effort as possible!
- 30 Second Side Plank (Right Side)
- 10 Burpees (without push up)
- 30 Second Side Plank (Left Side)
- 10 Leg Raises
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- 30 6 Inch holds
- 30 Second Regular Plank
- 20 Flutter kicks
- 20 Sit Ups
- Take a 2 minute rest and be sure to hydrate!
